I have had a fascination with hand drums for about nine years now. Originally I played a drum kit when I was about eleven, and played in the marching band as well as the school bands. What is Luck? Do you believe in luck, good or bad?
Superstitions, lucky charms, spells or talismans have been a part of human existance for thousands of years. Most all myths, legends and superstitions have their basis in fact. Through the years, like a giant telephone line, they have been changed, demonized, exaggerated and even combined to make one big tall tale! But we see it everywhere, symbols to help us gain riches, career boosts, love and many other devices based on “old wives’ tales” (or husbands) that still effect us today. A lot of career atheletes thrive on superstitious activity.
