I found this great site where you can upload your own ringtones and wallpaper to your 
cell phone!
It’s really easy to join up and you can earn credits, create and share ringtones or wallpaper. Kind of like Flickr! IN addition, you can also create and sell your own ringtones and earn credits to uploading new ringtones and wallpaper by clicking on the link (below) that you place on your site!
Make sure your phone is supported on their site before uploading. They have a great selection of phones, so it shouldn’t be a problem. The first ringtone and wallpaper upload is free, and you have have to create an account to do so. After that, you can pay for credits on your account to be able to upload more ringtones to your phone, or to your store. Check it out!
